Based in Covington, LA with claims professionals strategically placed in RPS regional offices throughout the U.S., RPS Claims is prepared to manage claims involving its various binding authorities with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.

Our strategy focuses on providing a prompt central claim intake procedure to insure that the customer’s first impression is a good one. With a strict initial assessment process, RPS Claims will determine the type of claim, the existence or non-existence of coverage, severity, initial reserve and which approved adjuster to appropriately assign the claim. All claims will be assigned to an in-house claims examiner who will monitor the adjustment process, communicate with the insured and carrier, review the adjuster report and process payment when such is called for. Each examiner is appropriately licensed and trained to maintain high standards, focusing on customer service while also protecting the interest of the carrier. Compliance with all statutory requirements is emphasized.

In addition to traditional claims oversight, RPS Claims will offer quality assurance audits, subrogation, salvage and litigation management as well as providing underwriting alerts when claim trends are spotted. RPS is truly providing a 360 degree approach to claims.
