RPS offers a unique product designed for those that use their property for the purpose of a Bed and Breakfast operation. The RPS team crafts package policies to cover both Property and Liability as well as any Personal Liability exposure for owner-occupied properties. There are no restrictions on protection classes and no age limit if the property has been updated within the last 35 years.

Eligible operations include secondary and vacation rental properties, risks serving liquor, non-owner occupied properties, properties with inspected knob and tube wiring, properties under renovation, seasonal properties, risks with prior claims activity, risks with additional activities on the premises (i.e. fishing, boating, exercise facilities), and risks offering wedding or reception areas.

Any establishment that sells or serves alcohol is exposed to the possibility of a liability claim as a consequence of someone getting drunk to the extent that injuries or property damages occur. RPS’ commercial liability policy is designed to insure any type of liquor related business.
