RPS San Francisco is a combined brokerage and binding office.

The Brokerage division focuses exclusively on difficult to place property and construction placements.  We specialize in shared and layered programs, with particular emphasis on Hospitality, Habitational and other tough placements.  We have exclusive programs for both habitational and construction programs.

The MGA/Binding division writes both binding authority and brokerage business, and handles a variety of Personal Lines coverages.  This office is a Sales/Marketing, Underwriting, and Service office using Scottsdale for support functions such as accounting and administrative issues.  This office focuses on brokers in CA and northern NV, but can write business in many states.

Utilizing ISO forms (HO-3, HO-4, HO-6, and HO-5 all available), RPS Personal Lines specializes in risks with prior losses or declinations, lower-value homes in good condition, high value homes, no prior insurance, new purchases, homes in distressed markets or in the name of an LLC,  as well as CAT-exposed coastal properties.

RPS provides both property and liability coverage for almost all types of Mobile/Manufactured Homes, writing homes on an individual basis as well as large schedules for both personal and commercial clients.
