Rick Bankston, CPCU is Vice President and Manager of the RPS PSI - Atlanta office. Rick was formerly Vice President & Managing Director of Insurance Alternatives, a division of a large, multi-national broker. With over 31 years of experience in both company underwriting and agency production & management, Rick has extensive experience in both the standard and alternative market risk solutions. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Certified Insurance Counselor designations, and is a licensed Property / Casualty and Surplus Lines Agent in various states.
Elaine Minor, formerly Account Executive with Insurance Alternatives, has worked for more than 21 years in an underwriting and service capacity on various large self-insured and pooled accounts. In her tenure with PSI, Elaine has direct responsibility for the daily service requirements of several large school and public entity pools. Elaine is a licensed Property / Casualty Agent in the State of Georgia.
