Our long standing reputation and expertise in providing flood insurance solutions (offering NFIP coverage through American Bankers and Fidelity National Insurance Companies) and related consultative services was critical to its formation. The excellent relationships we have forged over the years with key Lloyd's syndicates allowed us to structure a new and innovative program lead by the ACE Syndicate.

The need to buy Flood Insurance has increased due FEMA Map Modernization Program as well as changing weather patterns creating unprecedented flood coverage problems for clients and brokers alike. We are expecting this to be a stable and long-term focused facility.  

• Focus on single location risks with $10,000,000 TIV or less
• Can provide Time Element coverage (not covered in NFIP policy) over separate deductible
• Underwriting, Policy issuance, and support operations provided in-house
• Higher Commissions for RPS Branches
  

• No blanket policies
• Properties located in V Zones
• Buildings with negative 3 elevation or greater
• Properties within 5 miles of the coast of TX, LA, MS, AL, SC, NC

Our goal is to be able to offer different approaches from an excess standpoint, however until we build enough volume under the existing slip, we are not actively seeking to do alternative placements within the program. We will definitely consider alternatives outside the program however.

The need to buy Flood insurance remains strong as the FEMA Map Modernization Program will continue to produce thousands of map panel changes, creating the need for diversified flood products that will grow as adverse weather patterns create unprecedented flood coverage problems for clients and brokers alike.
