The Leicht General Agency was acquired by Risk Placement Services, Inc. in February of 2008.
Established in Houston, Texas in February 1989 as a branch office of Independent Surplus Underwriters, Inc. all ownership of that office was consolidated under Leicht General Agency In March of 1992. Since its inception in 1989, there has been no change in management, and LGA's representation has remained constant.
